Updating price books from the copy and search screens
If you have read-write access to a project or library, you have the ability to update price books from the Copy and Search screens without opening the project.
1. Select a project(s), then click the Update Price Books button. If you select multiple, it is advised to not select more than 5-10 projects at a time.

2. Confirm you want to update the Price Books.
Note: If updating a large project or library, this process can take a few minutes.
