Sorting on a column

This procedure describes sorting on columns with or without a filter.

Note: This functionality only works on one column at a time.

 

sort in filters

1.  Click on the Filter icon at the top of any column.

2.  A Sort option window will display, with the ability to toggle items in alphabetical order.

 

select sort

 

3.  Once a sort has been selected, click Cancel Sort to see all the items in the column.
