Why did I get a read-only message in Openings Studio when I am the project creator/firm admin/authorized to make changes?

If another user, including the specification writer, is already in the project, no changes can be made.  A read-only message with the user-in-control's email address will appear. This is to prevent two users from making conflicting changes to one project at the same time.
